SA is a unique country with unique circumstances and features. It has enormous potential, based on its history, natural resources, unique composition of people and its geographical position as a stabilising factor in and a port to Africa.

But
•     It has a history in need of conciliation, a spirit of togetherness and a
      population asking for growth and development to address our specific and
      unique challenges.
•     We experience critical issues that need to be resolved through own
      initiatives and a way of doing true to SA and its peoples.

In order to be a true democracy and experience the benefits of our uniqueness - effective serving and inspirational leadership is a precondition.

The leaders of the next decade must now be inspired, guided and equipped.

Through our unique Leadership Programme, Partnership Foundation wishes to be a role-player in establishing South Africa as a winning country.

Our VISION is addressed continuously during our programmes. We see a country where people:
